This is actual hand forged Damascus Steel not etched metal or imitation damascus. 
This would look great with a matching letter opener
 
This isn't the standard pen kit some effort is required. No bushings. Buyers have reported a 25/64” bit  .390625” 9.9219mm or a “W” bit .386000” 9.8040mm work although the latter seems a bit better.
